Is it necessary for me to be present during the fence installation?

No, you don't need to be present. As long as we have access to the area, water, and electricity, and you've confirmed the job details, we can proceed. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Is there a guarantee on your work?

Yes, we provide a 12-month guarantee on all our workmanship. Materials are sourced from trusted suppliers and come with the manufacturer's warranty.

What happens if  I have a concern or question after installation?

Although it is a rare occurrence, if you have a question we are always happy to help and come and look at the issue or concern you have about the project.

However, please note that there are certain conditions regarding this and if the issue is caused by external factors, lack of maintenance etc. this may not be covered in our guarantee. Please check our T&C's for full details.

Do you offer advice on fence maintenance?

Yes, we provide a comprehensive fencing care and maintenance guide upon completion of your project.

Will you take away the old fence?

Accepted Answer

Yes, removal and disposal of old fencing can be included in your quote if needed which will be listed in a separate section of the quote. We use an external company for the waste removal and have used the company for several years.

How soon can you start my fencing project?

Our start date depends on our current schedule, but we aim to begin your project as soon as possible after you approve the quote.
